Analysis Of Machining Features Of Material Of The Scraper Conveyor

This paper started the structure of EH360, the material of the scraper conveyor. On the basis of the establishing dual planar cutting model and cutting equation, we determined the transmutation coefficient of EH360, and analyzed the formation feature of chips. Then through the planning and milling experiment, we studied the mechanism of wear and damage, and drew a conclusion of cutting high strength steel about EH360.After selecting of the cutting dosage, the reasonable geometry parameter, the cutting dosage, the new planer tools and end milling cutters have been developed, and tool durability has been improved. It solves processing in the workplace and further lays the theory foundation of cutting the material.
