| When the engine is overhauled or used, the rupture and fatigue life of the connecting rod are often involved. In this text, to this question, the ultrasonic flaw detector is adopted to measure the connecting rod harmlessly. The open curve of measuring wave is drawled for the nature, type and position of the connecting rod defect.This text carried on the theory analysis to the fatigue life of the connecting rod, carried out calculation of the reliability at the same time and offered nature determining and quantitative basis to the overhauling of engine connecting rod. |
