This article is based on analyzing CFUBMSIP technics, which ensure to make the ZVS PWM of current doubler rectifier as the core for target power supply. This technique takes advantage of secondary filter inductance energy. It can be used to real ize the zero switches in a wider load range. Because of the smaller leakage and lossless duty cycle, moreover, the output rectifying diode in the condition of zero voltage can finish switching without reversed recovery, so there is no peak voltage occurred. Meanwhile, the working principle is presented along with the concrete methods of choosing parameters. In controlling part, the technique merges peak current control technology and phase shifted soft-switching technology. The characteristics of peak current control technology are also expatiated. The practical circuit and design method of slop compensation are also given. Emulation results in different power grades proved the design feasibility. The ZVS PWM and three level converter are introduced with the above pros, which can also reduce half voltage of MOSFET and greatly change the current condition of output filter. Meanwhile, the working principle is presented along with the concrete methods of choosing parameters and emulation results proved the design feasibility.
