Many state's the second launch vehicle research has largely focused on the RLV, taking on lots of advantages such as the cheap launch expensive, the short preparative time. Simultaneity, The research of the RLV supplies technology for supersonic vehicle.In order to quicken integrative lightweight, high intensity and toughness, TPS, resisting impact structures theory and method, supersonic aerodynamic and structures research. This paper put forward primary "TD-1" design alternative according as X-34. Mostly generalize three parts of contents on based of the outline design and the structures designs of parts. First, the aerodynamic characteristics was calculated and analyzed from subsonic to hypersonic speeds, Mach number form 0.3 to 3.0. Second, this paper has performed numerous simulations for design reference mission trajectories that making certain the fuel of the whole flight, G force and so on. Third, this paper has performed static structural analysis and dynamic structural analysis of two typical flying states. From the calculation gets some conclusion to support more other analysis foundation.
