In the paper the development and basic principium of a few representative freedom matching methods are studied clearly. Some examples are given to testify the precision of the methods.For the sake of deal with matrix,computer program is given by MATLAB to based on iterative improved reduced system (IRS) method whose precision is best.Nextly,the paper discusses detailedly the course from beam cell matrix to whole matrix and probes into the singularity of whole stiffness and achieves algorithms which relieves the singularity of whole stiffness based MATLAB.Analytical selection of masters for the reduced eigenvalue problem and various effects brought through methods of selection are discussed.Then the paper builds elements analysis model of an air to air missile and analyses the frequencies and modal shapes of it.A series of works are done to the missile's dynamic modifying technology of structure.It brings originate thoughts for modifying part stiffness of stiffness matrix in missile's hatches by matrix perturbation method.In the last,the paper analyses the modified model again using MSC.NASTRAN.A lot of works are done to the datum during the modification,and provides the foundation for the quadric exploitation of MSC.NASTRAN...
