The Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (abbr. CFBB or CFB Boiler) is a kind of coal combustion technique developed the last few decades. For the advantage of broad fuel flexibility, high combustion efficiency, low pollution and good load-following capability, CFBB is very suitable to our country's demand of energy conservation and environmental protection at present stage. CFBB has been widely used in our country. However CFBB is a new-type boiler with immature technique till now. Its combustion process has some complex characteristics such as non-linearity, uncertainty, time-variety, undue lagging and multi-Variable coupling, so it's difficult to control. Based on the advanced control experience of the world, Shanghai Automation Instrumentation Co.,Ltd. DCS Company, developed the first homemade control system, SUPMAX800, which has the independent knowledge property right and efficiently developed our level on CFBB automatic control.This thesis first introduces the craft characteristics, present developing condition and controlling feature and difficulty of CFBB. Based on homemade DCS of SUPMAX800, the thesis delves into the control algorithm, control logic and control strategy in the designing process of its combustion control system focusing on CFBB's dynamic process of combustion. And the thesis deeply studies the problems occurring in the field applicative debugging of LIAONING Beacon power plant, then improves and consummates the system.
