Distributed Management Of Substation Operation And Switching Order

In this paper, a Distribution Management Information Integrated System of Substation Operation and Switching Order is analyzed and developed. Based on distribution database, a distribution operation system is achieved by Oracle's updateable snapshots technology. According to the demand of data security and application security of the system, the design of data coding and structure of database tables is made through the use of Role-Base Access Control. It consists of flowing subsystems: equipment management, flaw management, operation order management, operation management, substation management, security activity management, daily affair management, and so on. This paper presents the design of navigation window and essential template. In the end, it described the core of Switching Order subsystem: the analytic function of logic rules.
