Along with the domestic and international increasingly concern energy saving and environmental protection, the firepower generation set of coal fired also becomes large scale day by day. Its capacity and parameter are promoted continuously. Supercritical and ultra-supercritical units will be the main stream of coal fired the unit. For boiler waterwalls, it is not comparatively easy to realize to online monitoring the severe points on fiery wall side. Therefore, in this paper, using the FVM(finite volume method),the temperature field of boiler waterwalls is researched based numerical simulation.The connection model is given that is between, the temperature difference of three key points on back fiery wall side and two severe points on fiery wall side, and, radiation thermic load and the coefficient of heat exchange. So the temperature of severe points on fiery wall side can be on-line inspected by directly monitoring the temperature of key points on back fiery wall side. Of course, this is the new method that will be put forward in this paper: The method based three points on back fiery wall side. On the base of the former method, a suit of temperature on-line monitoring system of waterwalls is successfully developed.
