Vector control can solve the problems of the tranditional induction motor drives and makes induction motor easy to control like DC motor, while speed sensorless vector control can eliminate the speed sensors which makes the relative induction motor drives simple, economical and reliable. For this reason, the speed sensorless vector control is becoming the attractive researching project, and under this circumstance, the thesis begins to undertake the study of distinguishing rotational speed of the speed sensorless vector control system.Firstly, the thesis introduces development of the adjustment of speed of rotor and electric and electronic technology in the part of the introduction, then guide speed sensorless vector control system.It introduces many kinds of speed observe models especially,then selects the speed estimation scheme based Kalman filter after comparing a great deal of schemes of distinguishing rotational speed.Though this scheme has been studied already for some time, the majority is still theoretical research, research based on advanced microprocessor (especially DSP )is at primary stage, so it is necessary to apply Kalman filter algorithm based on DSP to the real systems.Secondly, the thesis introduces the basic theories of the vector control system,because it is the foundation of understanding the speed sensorless vector control system and the theory of distinguishing rotational speed.On the basis of it,thesis introduces the speed sensorless vector control system, and introduces basic theories of Kalman filter especially,meanwhile,establishes a simulation model of estimating speed rely on the scheme based on Kalman filter and determines structure and algorithm of the model for establishing model and simulating follow-on.Thirdly,the thesis sets up the corresponding artificial model of system according to the above-mentioned basic theories of the speed sensorless vector control system and Kalman filter algorithm,and proves its working performance through Simulink emulation of Matlab. At the same time, it carries on emulation to analyse scheme which is used to estimate speed, compared to the traditional schemes,simulation model based on Kalman filter has good speed estimation precision, and there is very good inhibition on the system noise perturbation.Fourthly,on the basis of proving Kalman correctly ,the thesis uses TMS320F2407 DSP of TI Company to carry on software programming to it, realizes digital control of this kind of the scheme estimated speed.Finally, the good performance of speed estimation model based on Kalman filter is proved once more with experimental data. The model which is used to estimate speed has good speed estimation precision,estimated spped follows real speed remarkably,and the model can approach the real nonlinear system with arbitrary precision and has the function of fault-tolerance.
