With the development of electronic and information technology, the requirement of UPS has become more and more , and the need of its quality has become higher and higher. The control theoryof UPS inverter is the core technology of UPS, and its quality can influence the performance of UPS. Thus most researches are concentrated on the UPS inverter contrail technology in this paper.The target of inverter control is maily about fast dynamic response and high stability precision. On the basis of analyse of the UPS inverter controller, the shortcoming has been pointed, as the fast dynamic response and high stability precision can not be achieved in the same time. To this problem, we have tried multiloop control and deadbeat control and represent a novel mothod of mulitiloop feedback control with deadbeat controller. It can export an excellent sine-wave power fulfilled the both requirement, and could be used with linear or nonlinear load.Firstly, this paper analysizes and compares some kinds of digital control theory in the UPS inverter. On this basis, this paper represents a novel multiple loop control strategy of UPS inverter. The voltage loop with PI controller is used to realize the robust, and the current loop with deadbeat controller is used to realize the dynamic response of the system. Secondly, the simulation model of several control theories are built up in the MATLAB6.5, and the advantages of the selected arithmetic have been proved. Finally, the paper introduces the software and the hardware of the control system of UPS inverter based on the DSP TMS320LF2407A.
