Based on the analysis of the AMB system,the one free-degree and five free-degree dynamic model is established.For the realization of AMB centralized controller,The paper proposes two methods:LQR and linear state feedback decouple controller.Focusing on the theory of LQR,The control simulation is carried out by which we analyse the influence of control parameter on the stability,robust,sensitivity of close loop system.The simulation serves as a good basis for the centralized controller of AMB system. By taking PID theory into accounted,The paper simplify the LQR algorithm and propose a new one, the Cross-PID controller, which is easy to be realized in engineering.The method avoides many problem such as large real-time calculation,the complexity of controller design,excessive dependence on the precision of mathematical model,which are prevalent in centralized controller.The Cross-PID controller is designed and its simulation is investigated.Finally, by using the Digital Signal Processing chip TMS320LF2407A,we tested the performance of the controller and realised the static and dynamic levitation of the five free-degree magnetic suspending system in which the maximum rotating speed of 30000r/min is achieved.
