In this dissertation, a rehabilitative apparatus tempered for apoplexy patient's upper limbs is studied and designed. It is made up of implement part, sensor and controlling one. Sensor is used to measure the force that patient exerts to the device; in implement part, the servo electrical machinery that takes patients' upper limbs to temper is introduced; as for the controlling part, the author describes it by hardware and software. Regarding one-chip computer AT89C52 as the core controlling chip, the author designs the whole system's hardware circuit diagram at first, including eight pieces of modules, such as central processing, data acquisition, servo electromotor driving, man-machine interface, signal isolating, voice remind, clock showing and power ones, then designs PCB circuit board by utilizing Protel software, and introduces the measures for improving anti-interference etc; According to function and corresponding using priciple of chip, writer designs and writes several subprograms with 51 serial assembler language, which achieves systematic functions such as electromotor's operating, device decipher , data acquisition , voice remind, clock showing, ect. What's more, flow charts of every subprogram are listed in detail, and the problems met in stated programming and debugged corresponding solutions are also narrated. Finally, the author forecasts the possibility that the rehabilitative apparatus is applied to exercises of apoplexy patients' other body positions. The rehabilitative apparatus has acquired the apoplexy recover expert's approval and will get clinical practice soon. Therefore, the success of the device's developing has certain realistic meanings to the improvement of the medical equipments' automatic degree.
