The paper expatiates on the design principles and the control measures of control system of a type of equal load material testing Machine based microcontroller. The system regards the mechanical segment of the new type of equal load material testing Machine provided by Ningxia Machinery Research Institute as research object, developed for testing material Anti-fracture intensity in equal load stress. The system takes MCS-51 series microcomputer and computer as the core. Based on the modern control theory N servo motor control technology and series communication technology, the system accomplished the design of the Testing Anti-fracture Machine control system and realized control modes with the core of computer or microcomputer individually in the same mechanical structure. The system hardware is composed by microcomputer, high precision A/D module, D/A module, Flash Memo^ RS232/485 converter computer servo motor, servo driver and so on. It employs 24 bit high precision A/D converter to collect pressure. With 320*240 graphic dot-matrix LCD and 4MB FLASH memory, controller control mode resoles testing data display and memory; computer control mode is based on computer software to accomplish graphic display, datamemo, graphic print,data report forms print function The paper introduces emphatically graphic dot-matrix LCD's pressure value display arithmetic > ameliorated on-line reversible PID arithmetic > keyboard scan prograrcu Mscomm control usage and database program technology. Because of disturbance factors in the system, the paper puts forward many adoptive anti-disturbance measures finally. The system has been used in the Ningxia Machinery Research Institute. All functions and design guidelines are up to the need of control. Control precision is high. The system works well and malfunction is few.
