In this paper,we study a new kind thermal-insulation and energy-saving shear wall with regular opening holes which features hollow cores bored horizontally and vertically along their length and shear wall with irregular opening holes by finite element mothod. Thermal-insulation and energy-saving shear wall with regular opening is a new structureal system which substitutes brick masonry structure. Concrete will be poured through the cores and inserts rebar to create a stable wall which we call it the R. C. grill wall due to its characters.Firstly,We must solve its strength performance.And in Sun 100 design ,shear wall with irregular opening holes was used.now we have not good software to design such structure,so by using ANSYS studying it is necessary. The studying work is as following:1 .Having studied strength and deformation of concrete, kinds of constructive models presented by former scholars, and discussed strength failure criterion failure surfaces and all kinds of failure models of concrete , constructive relationship and strength failure criterion of non-linear of reinforcement are clearly studied.2. Having studied shear wall with regular opening holes by ANSYS, and compared it with shear wall. Nonlinear FEM analysis is carried out under the load. From comparison of the destroyed conformation and load, deformation, shear wall with small regular opening holes haves some resemble with the shear wall (consideration of the influence of the holes).3. Sun 100 uptown in Tianjing is designed and guidanced ,the part which is not designed with code is verified with limit finite soft. After a piece of snatchy shear wall is analysed with limit finite method,the result proves that shearing stress and positive stress are same in quantity about the wall between windows where punch is in error position.so the action bend and shearing one should be considered. The results calculated by SATWE and ANSYS are same about band figure in level displacement.the designe adopted by SATWE and ANSYS proves that framework design is rational.but reinforcing steel bar of structure should be paid attention to in node design,which can use limit finite method to confirm the main form of stress.then reinforced.finally,the design principle is put forward from structure angle,and have good guidance to design scheme.
