Against the need of determination generator units' output on medium term and long-term voltage stability analysis, a steady-state control power flow algorithm is presented considering active power-frequency and reactive power-voltage static characteristic of generator units . The proposed algorithm can describe effectively the primary self-adjustment of generator units equipped speed governor after disturbance without the assumption of PV bus, PQ bus and balance bus. The control variable is mutually independent . Because the effect of generator units' controlling unit on jacobi matrix is high sparse and high regularity, the reducing dimension algorithm is presented that can decrease effectively the calculation amount and is a useful analysis tool of voltage stability .At the same time, with continuous increase of load, the requirement of different control area is diversity . The area electric network must make an agreement about tie line transmitted power considering the stability and economy . Against the power constraint oftie line transmitted power, the multi balance bus power flow algorithm based on tie line power constraint and steady state control power flow algorithm based on tie line power constraint are proposed . Two algorithms make tie line power as agreement and can maintain tie line power as agreement numeric value after disturbance . When considering the constraints of tie line power, two Equivalence confinement condition is increased and the control variables keep constant, then, the number of equation is more than control variables', the proposed algorithm can solve it effectively .
