In this paper, the basic condition in which ball tube mill do its best to wok is discussed, and the reason it is difficult to put control arithmetic into use is also discussed. So a new type nonlinear feedback strategy—Auto-disturbance-rejection controller(ADRC)is used for ball tube mill control system with the properties of strong coupling, tardiness, inertia ,complicated dynamic character and difficult established precise mathematics model and this controller is improved. For some ball tube mill, the mill control systems based on auto-disturbance-rejection controller is designed. The simulation manifests that the control systems has overcome multivariable coupling and time lag very well and good control quality and good robustness and good anti-disturbances ability.
