This paper utilized a set of actual close-loop running data from a 600MW unit. A lot of work was done on dealing the data, such as data reconstruction, sampling-rate conversion, data modification and so on. After that the unit coordinated control system was simplified into a set of two-input and two-output multi variable object models for each equilibrium point. The model was then decomposed into submodels. through the same method subsubmodels were gained. By using the recursive extended least squares method and AIC, the models structure and parameters were obtained. At last the relative nonlinear measure was used in the non-linearity analysis of these models, after that the intensity and the distribution of the system non-linearity is obvious. This result contributed to the coordinated control strategy.
