In some national economic departments, such as electric power, avigation, metallurgy, chemical industry and etc.. A large amount of dynamic machines and thermal equipments are used. Most of them have axisymmetric character, but load and temperature are not all axisymmetric. According to the axisymmetric characteristics of the revolution, the quasi-analytic finite element procedure with 4-node element is used to establish the finite element equation of revolution in non-axisymmetric temperature field and load. The software is designed with C++ programming. Through some examples the correctness and feasibility of the program is validated. An applied engineering method is presented to analysis the displacement and stress of the static analysis problem that loaded asymmetric temperature field and load. Finally, the temperature, distortion and stress of turbine rotor's rub are analyzed by using the method and program that proposed in the paper, the distribution of temperature and stress fields are given.
