Flood discharge is very important role in hydraulic engineering. It is necessary for us to design a software packet, Because flood discharge risk and flood peak cut coefficient (η) is very complex. This software packet is composed ofη, probability distribute of the ηand flood discharge risk. Numerical value calculation means, symbolic stationary, Reliability with information form the integrative, and form the convenience software packet, design person will have more time and energy to compare with project. Through the test of software packet it is proved that the probability distribution of ηis extreme-I type while a project in Xinjiang is took of an example of the flood discharge risk calculation. By Monte-Carlo Method the flood discharge risk is calculated with consideration of the uncertainty of flood hydrograph, and the result is compared with that without consideration of the uncertainty of flood hydrograph .
