Abstract/Summary:
In rotor-bearing system, mechanics vibration is a harmful mechanics phenomenon to engineering mechanism must to be controlled. In this paper, the self-sensing magnetic damper is presented based on LVDT(linear variable differential transformer).This device integrated the merit of magnetic bearing and LVDT. On the one hand, it realized suspend between actuators and rotor of no-contact, on the other hand, it makes cost reduced possible. The paper mainly focuses on the following: 一. The working principle of magnetic damper is introduced in the first place, together with the structure of LVDT, the test method of shift site with rotor is formulated, the principle of self-sensing non-contact actor is analyzed, and the mathematic model of self-sensing magnetic damper is presented. It is also pointed out that the using of PID controller can improve the stiffness and damping ratio of the feed-back system and the controller is designed .二. The structural parameter of LVDT is analyzed, optimum design of it's structure is presented based on three aspects: linear range; sensitivity and frequency range.
