Nowadays concrete is of the biggest dose of artificial construction material . in the world. On one hand, with constant enlargement of modern architecture space and building use, more upgrading and tighter demand is put forward for the project structure, requiring more urgent to high performance concrete (HPC) material. On the other hand, with domestic electricity industry generation by thermal power rapid development, fly-ash emission increases unprecedented and the environment pollution becomes more serious. Therefore, it is a demand to apply fly-ash to concrete for concrete technology, for environmental protection and for implementing sustainable development strategy of national economy.This paper analyses the influence of active mineral admixture (such as fly ash, etc.) on concrete performance. It probes into relation among high performance fly-ash concrete strength and w/B, Sa, S/A, building relevant mathematics model to guide project practice in the future. At the same time we test the micro structure of fly-ash waste residue concrete congeal material and calculus, analyzing HPC mechanism tentatively. The test proves that cement concrete structure homogeneity is improved, intensity and durability raise obviously, which improves high performance and green degree of concrete.Meanwhile, because of many raw materials, high quality fluctuation and a great deal of complicated reciprocation influence factors, it is too difficult to describe accurately high performance waste residue concrete with traditional statistics or the return analytical method at present. This text introduces the treatment technology of the non-linear artificial neural network, utilizing mixing ratio of existing concrete (import) and data as the performance index (output) to train the network, setting up concrete to non-linear import--Output mode relation, constructing concrete performance model, promoting prediction precision of concrete performance further.
