As the most frequency post-earthquake disaster, the reason of the post-earthquake fire is sophisticate and its harm is huge.Comprehensive and effective risk assessment of Post-earthquake fire is the signify avenue which recovery and lighten huge damage of post-earthquake fire. However at present most study of risk assessment of post-earthquake fire stay at the risk assessment of firing phases and were devoid of studying at the risk assessment of spreading phases. This thesis apply GIS technic to build the comprehensive risk assessment model of post-earthquake fire through analyzesing two phases of Post-earthquake fire that include firing and spreading, provide important gist to correctly estimate safety condition of urban fire in earthquake. Base on this, the paper more improve spreading model of the existing post-earthquake fire and have developed the spreading dynamic simulation system of post-earthquake fire base on GIS. Research on risk assessment and spreading dynamic simulate of post-earthquake fire base on GIS in this paper mainly includes the following contents: (1) Research on risk assessment of post-earthquake is conducted. This paper subdivides it into two indexes, namely, risk assessment of fire and risk assessment of spreading according to feature of post-earthquake fire. That perfects research method of post-earthquake fire. (2) The existing several methods used to assess fire at home and abroad were verified and analyzed by adopting example of Taiwan 921 Jiji Earthquake, that determine to use the various assessment approaches to determine the ideal assessment. This ideal can provide availability gist in time when our cities forecast post-earthquake fire. (3) The idea which gets spreading risk assessment of post-earthquake fire by zoning in urban area is educed. In research, firstly each factor index which may affect risk of post-earthquake fire spreading, then get influence weight by Analytical Hierarchy Process. Finally alone with spreading risk classification of post-earthquake fire in urban region is put forward by taking advantage of spacing analyzing and data handling capacity of GIS to analyze and assess the various influence factor of each region grid, spreading risk assessment of post-earthquake...
