Structural pseudodynamic test is the most comprehensive structural seismic testing presently used; it is the most excessive structural seismic testing researched domestic and overseas too. In this paper, by researching and analyzing the testing error in the structural pseudodynamic test, based on the civil engineering structural pseudodynamic test methods and automatic control theories, the testing of displacement interaction have been conducted on the specimen of MDOF (multi-degrees-of-freedom) reinforced concrete shear walls frame by the MTS computer-actuator on-line system to the interaction of structures of MDOF structural pseudodynamic test system control. And researches the displacement interaction of testing system by peculiarity parameters of structural specimen (structural stiffness) are changing with development of testing under the computer-actuator on-line system connected with the structural specimen (MDOF structure).The total paper mainly introduces the elementary theories, the developmental history, the testing system and procedure, the testing error, the researching development of structural pseudodynamic test. It researches strongly the mobile peculiarity and system structure of multivariable electro-hydraulic servo system, extraordinarily the transfer function of interaction part, concludes the relationship formula of interaction of structures and structural stiffness on theory .The total procedure of testing include elastic phase, elastic-plastic phase I and elastic-plastic phase II. This paper analyzes the things of displacement interaction of three phases, by connecting the varieties of structural stiffness and the numerical calculation methods of the structural pseudodynamic test, analyzes elementarily the test error because of the interaction of structures. In order to eliminates the influence of the interaction of structures, realizes the most optimized control of system, minish error of the structural pseudodynamic test, the paper achieve decoupling controlling of multivariable electro-hydraulic servo system by adopting the method of diagonal matrix based on the sutra control theory. By analyzes the rule of PID control and the relation of the PID parameters and the parameters of structural loading, researches strongly the key of decoupling control-the design of numerical PID controller, obtain the arithmetic facility to the identify of computer.
