The Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (DLAS) analysis and measurement technology can satisfy many special requirements under bad condition which can ensure analysis and measurement system with high performance is realized in the field of aviation and spaceflight. In addition, the DLAS is characterized by the long suits such as little volume, light weight and stability. So there is marked foreground for the application of DLAS analysis and technology system in the field of aviation and spaceflight.So in this paper, one set of experiment device has been designed and installed for the purpose of research and application of Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (DLAS) analysis and measurement technology. Here the oxygen molecule has been taken as the research object on the base of absorption spectrum theory. Much of research and analysis work has been paid on spectrum database of oxygen molecule. With this experiment device, the analysis, measurement, transfer and acquisition of the oxygen molecule spectrum data have been realized and completed which has prepared valuable spectrum data for further parameters calculation of oxygen molecule, including temperature, concentration and velocity.In this paper, the main contents are listed as follows:Chapter 1 describes the background and development of DLAS technique and main research background in the field of aviation and spaceflight. The difficulty and creation of the paper are also described in this chapter.Chapter 2 studies the measurement theory of laser diode which act as the core part and spectrum source in the system. In addition, the tune character of DFB diode laser is also described and analyzed.Chapter 3 makes researches about molecule spectrum theory, including spectrum selection absorb, oxygen molecule energy level structure and distribution. In addition the calculation of oxygen molecule concentration is also deduced in this chapeter.Chapter 4 describe the DLAS analyzes and measurement system in detail, including system scheme, optical path structure and electrical circuit for optical signal processing.Chapter 5 Analyses and discuss the experiment result of the DLAS measurement system to ensure the right original spectrum data can be realized. In addition, the concentration of the oxygen molecule was calibrated in this chapter.Chapter 6 gives a conclusion of this paper and analyses the future research ofDiode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (DLAS) analysis and measurement technology.
