Disposal of high concentration organic wastewater with combustion technology is a simple, highly efficient and feasible processing method. On the one hand, it may achieve energy recovery and lower treatment cost, on the other hand, poisonous substance could be burned to harmless. The experience at abroad shows that incineration is the best processing method when organic substance in high concentration organic wastewater are more than 10%. However, high concentration organic wastewater discharged from chemical and industrial factorys cover alkali metal salt species, which are inclined to agglomerate on interior of incinerator, much material bonded to groups and defluidization on bed when combusting. Therefore, study on formation mechanism, influencing factors and solving methods of agglomeration has significant engineering application value due to fluidized bed incinerator operation reliably. The investigation emphases are combustion characteristics and thermal decomposition performance of high concentration organic wastewater and wastewater mixed with coal, in allusion to survey its ignition characteristics, burn-off trait and emission level of contamination. We obtain kinetic parameters of combustion and Pyrolysis according to their TG and DTG curves. The results of thermobalance mechanism experiment show that high concentration organic wastewater's viscosity is low with favorable flow and atomization performance, while its ignition temperature is high owing to low heating value. Wastewater mixed with coal contains some inflammable constituents and sodium-base compounds promoted combustion reaction, which are ascended as the mixture proportion growing. As a result, it is easier to catch fire than high concentration organic wastewater with excellent inflammation and short burn-off time. Accordingly, wastewater mixed coal possesses of notable economic benefits, environmental benefits and amplitude potential application. The influence of different incineration temperature and alkali metal salt species of high concentration organic wastewater on agglomeration is investigated experimentally in a laboratory scale fluidized bed combustor in order to find the potential rule of sintering. The combustion tests indicate that the combustion efficiency has an equidirectional relation with incineration temperature; while the intensity of agglomeration increases with its ascending, as well as with the rate of Na2Si3O7 in the clinker sample. Moreover, the dominant crystals of Na2SO4, NaCl are converted into the crystals of Na2SO4, Na2Si3O7 etc. Scanning electron microscope adopted to analyze and compare the feature of the grains in wall slagging and bed sintering shows microcosmic configuration of agglomeration sample is changed from loosened flocculent structure...
