The consume of the coal is dominant in the wastage of the energy today. With the wastage of the coal increasing, the enviroment is polluted more and more seriously. During the course of the coal's burning, emission of NOX and SO2 is an increasing threaten to environment and human health, and is urgent to be resolved. On this background, all kinds of methods are taken to control NOX and SO2 emission.In this paper, we expatiate the theory of formation and control of NOx at first, and then compare different kinds of control methods. Through experiment, we learned the effect of different methods to control the emission of NOX.Based on the study of existing technology, a project of using micronized coal and limestone to control NOx and SO2 at the same time is put forward in this paper. By regulating all kinds of parameter,such as staying time, coal particle diameter, furnace temperature, excess air and so on. we study the rules on different condition, and put forward the whole project in the end. The study of Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction is taken in this paper expecially.Finally, research on physics and combustion characteristic of micronized coal is processed in this paper, through which we learned the character of the coal and provide theory element for NOxreduction research.
