With the improvement of the people's living conditioning and the aggravation of globe energy crisis day and night, the public's requirement is higher and higher to resident environment, especially to indoors air quality. At the same time, stricter standard on high efficiency and economical of air conditioning facility have been drafted. All of those accelerated the progress of new refrigeration and air conditioning technology, with the birth of Multi-connected Air-condition (heat pump) Unit (MACU), which is famous on high efficiency, economy, and comfort. The main object of this subject is to improve operating performance and high efficiency continually. At the beginning of this paper, it introduces and summarizes the existed research results. The major work about this paper includes three parts. Firstly, it analyzes the control methods, which are common on electronic expansion valve (EEV) and inverter compressor. Basing on the advantages and disadvantages of each control methods, it brings forward a new control method: electronic expansion valve—compressor synchronous control, which is effective on improving system's running stability and weakening fluctuation. Secondly, according to synchronous control method, it designs fuzzy controller of EEV and precise online control of inverter compressor. Additional, it differs from general fuzzy controller, which tries the new way on input parameters of fuzzy controller and introduces variable step, variable sampling time, and variable object temperature thoughts. The running mode is also particular. Basing on analyzing the characteristic of EEV and running rule of refrigerating system in detail, it designs precise online control of inverter compressor. Thirdly, it lists the testing items. Particularly, it designs a new testing system, which can inspect the running state of the system, according to the objects and requirements of the subject. Those will provide for the following experiment adequately. At the last of this paper, the author conceives several requirements about future research of MACU.
