In this paper, Blend membrane prepared of CS/SF blend solution is studied and investigated. Because of the existence of amide in the molecule of chitosan, the molecule of chitosan can form the hydrogen bond with amide, carboxyl and hydroxyl of silk fibroin during the molecule to prevent the silk protein molecule from being hydrogen bond, which can improve the performance of structure of silk fibroin and could be the candidate materials for biomedical applications. In this article, we adopt several different kinds of experiment conditions, including the variation of component proportions, different reaction times, different reaction temperatures and different crosslinking adhesive, to preduce blend membrane. X-ray diffraction, D SC, the thermo analysis, and micrograph examined the structure, biodegradation capability in vitro and performance of blend membrane.
