Analysis Of Central Control Of Electric Power Propulsion System

Data traffic is one of the most important components of the control of the propulsion system of naval vessels, and the speed, reliability and security of it is related with the effect and efficiency of the control system. The research on it is important. With the fast development of the propulsion system of naval vessels, the request of capability of central control of propulsion system of naval vessel is high and high. Especially in the future, naval vessels will general adopt mode of electric propulsion. The two parts are involved in this paper, a USB card and the computer software of naval vessels' control are developed successfully. The major content are following:A. The hardware design of the USB card is finished. Empolder a Data collection card that can communicate with compute. A technology is explored that a USB device is developed rapidly too.B. Using the VC and the DDK develops the device driver of the USB card. The type of the driver is WDM, and it can be running in Windows 2000. The computer technology that the device driver is developed is explored too.C. Using the VC compile software of propulsion system of naval vessels. Include collection of experimentation data; dispose; storage and painting of curve of experimentation.The USB card can be running in Windows 2000 steadily and safely. The development is successful. The computer software is a part of the control device of the electric power propulsion system which is a project among the "211" projects. The software can be running steadily and be praised by the experts and attendees.
