Inertial attitude measuring system is a small posture measuring device which is on the basis of Micro Inertia Measurement Unit (MIMU). With the character of small size it has wide application potentiality in the fields of Aero-Space, precision instrument, biological medical treatment etc. The countries all over the world pay more attention to it, and it is classified as the key technology in the 21st century. This paper is on study on data sampling and processing technology of gyroscope and accelerometer. This paper has also studied Globe Positioning System integrated navigation technology.At first the paper explained the principle of Strap-down inertial navigation system. It provided the systematic machinery grading, mathematics model and adopt project practical quaternion algorithm of strap-down navigation system. Have demonstrated GPS principle and error analysis, electronic compass this paper has studied SINS/GPS integrated navigation technology.Then the project of the inertial attitude measuring system was demonstrated and put forward. The hardware of the inertial attitude measuring system was introduced in details, which include micro-computer, gyroscope, accelerometer, A/D converter and the corresponding electric circuit. The working principle of the inertial attitude measuring system was illustrated. The software of the inertial attitude measuring system and flow chart was described.Finally the electric circuit of data pre-processing and sampling of gyroscope and accelerometer in inertial attitude measuring system was designed. The data processing rule was introduced. The electric circuit for filter on the signal of gyroscope and accelerometer in gyroscope and accelerometer was designed. The paper also designed theelectric circuit for A/D converter and for interface circuit with CPLD technology. The design of soft was realized with C language. The soft system included data processing and transmitting.
