With the rapid development of industry, the requirements of various kinds of mechanical performance and products quality have increased gradually. Only control one motor can't meet the demand of modern Hi-Tech development in some occasions, people need to control several motors and make them run coordinately. The synchronous control of multi-unit drive systems is just a science technology organized with mechanical technology and electronic technology. The research on its theory and method has a very important realistic meaning in order to keep this kind of machinery operating effectively and reliably.It can be divided into four parts in my paper. First, the control scheme of the master slave control is proposed according to the characteristic of the rotating machinery driven by double motors. Namely select the master motor and slave motor, the former is supplied power by the electric wire netting directly, the latter adopts the method of VVVF controlling speed. The slave motor runs follow the speed of the master motor through controlling the input voltage of the frequency converter to change the supply power frequency of slave motor. And the mathematics model of the control system has set up. Second, the speed synchronous detection method and hardware design are presented. Mainly tell of how to use M/T method to calculate the two motors' speed through measuring pulse signals sent out by increment photoelectric. The systematic hardware circuit is made up by single chip 8098, program memory 27128, programmable timer/counter 8253 and D trigger 74HC74. Third, it includes the design of the algorithm of fuzzy control, introduces the realization of the two dimensional fuzzy controller, the speed error and the speed error change rate are chosen to be the input of the fuzzy controller, it respectively shows the fuzzy quantization, the fuzzy consequence, the fuzzy judge. How to complete the fuzzy matrix and how to acquire the inquiry table of fuzzy control are explained in the paper. Last, the controller of fuzzyand PID is modeled on simulink of Matlab. It mostly illuminates how to ascertain the membership functions, how to establish the rule table of fuzzy control. Designing the model and acquiring the link between the model and the controller are narrated in this paper. In addition, comparative analysis of the two control algorithms' emulational results is made in this paper.This thesis has studied on synchronous control of rotating machinery driven by double motors. In the thesis, the systematic control scheme has put forward, and I designed the software and hardware. This control system can make satisfactory performance through emulation research.
