The anchorage state and anchorage force are the two main indices that appraise the anchorage properties. The anchorage state refers to the anchoring length, free length, compactness, and defects during construction etc. The anchorage force refers to the critical drawing load in the course of pull-out test in situ. Utilizing the acoustic wave's characteristics, we can detect the interior structure and quality of the anchor system and, judge the anchorage state by beating the anchor bar's top with a hammer. Nondestructive detection of the anchor system has been studied for a few years, and the main attentions are paid to the researches of the longitudinal vibration. Few materials are referred to the researches of the lateral vibration. This dissertation has built up the theoretical model of the lateral dynamic response of the anchor system using the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory according to the actual engineering, and has deduced the semi-analytic solution of the integrated anchor system and the curve of the velocity of the defective one's top in time domain by finite different method and transferring matrix method. The different methods were accorded with each other and proved the deductions are right. On the basis of the above, the paper probed into the influence of the anchor bar length, the impulse duration, and the length that the anchor bar's top stretched out of the ground surface on the lateral dynamic response. Meanwhile, using the Fourier transformation comparisons were made between the curves of the velocity of the integrated anchor system and defective one in frequency-domain. At last, the paper has tried to validate the theoretical model by finite element method and tests in laboratory, and the results showed the mathematical model built up in this paper can describe the hypostasis of the anchor system subjected by impact loads, but it is essential to study the parameters of the dynamic response.
