| Excellent driving performance and economy is needed to automobile-used hydraulic converter, the design of and the blade system which directly influences the performance of the hydrodynamic converter is the key of hydrodynamic converter's design. The optimization design model and optimized method of the blade system has been proposed according to the question that the economy of hydrodynamic converter is bad, and the form design of the blade has been studied。Based on the basic theory and characteristic analyses of the hydrodynamic converter, calculated formula including circulation flux, torsion and energy head of the working wheel, all kinds of losing energy head and special performance of the hydraulic converter was obtained. According to non-dimension stream theory and energy conservation principle, optimum design model of the blade system was established by object function which is based on the maximum torque convert ratio and control condition which is based on the other performance parameter. Parameter optimization algorithm of the blade system of hydrodynamic converter based on genetic algorithm was proposed, the most excellent save strategy was adopted in order to improving the astringency of the algorithm, The operation program was worked out based on Matlab, and the instance was analyzed according to this algorithm, The result indicated the maximum efficiency of calculated work condition is improved from 0.866 to 0.894 and this method is feasible. The blade shape was designed through the way of orthogonal triangle, and concrete design step and program chart was given. The values of space points were obtained by running the program, transformed them into the form which is supported by Pro/E, and blades entity were designed, thus three dimensional models of every working wheel's blades after optimization were obtained. |
