With the construction of various huge dimension buildings on the soft land base of landlocked cites, the space-mega-frame structures have being obtained a variety application. Then interaction between subgrade, foundation and superstructure has been received a high attention in academia and engineering structure. Thusly, the research for space-mega-frame structures under consideration of subgrade deformation has very important theoretical and practical meaning. Just based on these reason, the thesis has performed the following analytical work to space-mega-frame structures under consideration of subgrade deformation:1) Using analytical models of space-mega-frame which is composed by mega beams and mega columns on semi-infinite elastic subgrade, the static and free vibration problems pertinent to space-mega-frame structures were analyzed. Through the computing results of the examples, some valuable and meaningful conclusions to structural design and engineering practice have been obtained.2) A three dimensional analytical model of matrix displacement method, which is the interaction system consisting of subgrade, foundation and superstructure, was modeled. That is. the superstructure is composed by mega beams and mega columns; the foundation is regards as the extension of the superstructure to the underground, but the mega beam elements of the foundation is the beams lying on the semi-infinite elastic subgrade. By using this sort of analytical model, the static and free vibration problems pertinent to interactions between the space-mega-frame and foundation and subgrade of space-mega-frame structures were analyzed. Some valuable conclusions are obtained through computing results of the examples. It may be provide some kind of rational and feasible method and constructive concepts for static and dynamic analysis and calculation about interactions between the superstructure and foundation and subgrade of a space-mega-frame structure.
