Uniformity of coal powder supply has an important influence on stable operation of milling equipments and stability and economy of boiler burning. Aimed at block of powder drop in Handan heat power plant, based on academic analysis, the reason is confirmed and for optimized wind powder blenders are designed. The numerical simulation results with FLUENT show that all these four blenders have reforms on the maximum draft in powder drop area. To validate the result of numerical simulation, the cold simulation test-bed was established and tests were taken on various conditions. In terms of the results of numerical simulation and cold examination, the form of triangle saddle is ensured to be the best, meanwhile, spot alternation is carried through. Actual operation shows this form can improve the backup of powder drop. At the same time, online monitoring research is taken to solve the problem of evenness of powder supply. |
