The Life Detection And Optimization Of N110-90/535 Steam Turbine

In　order　to　adapt　the　request　of　peak　shaving,　ensure　the　security　on　opreating　and　improve　economic　benefit　for　N110MW　unit,　this　paper　discusses　all　these　issues　from　the　view　of　rotor's　mamagement。　First　,off-line　calculation　on　the　forepart　of　the　N110MW　unit　by　the　large　structure　finite　element　analysis　software　ANSYS,and　then　stress　dangerous　point　is　obtained　after　comparing　stress　field　under　different　temperature　ascend　rate。　Secondly,　based　on　offline　calculating,　this　paper　amply　introduces　mathmatical　models　of　temperature　field　and　stress　field , 　presents　calculating　method　of　fatigue　life　loss　and　creep　life　loss　and　discusses　some　issues　in　life　monitor　system　。　And　then　,it　brings　forward　optimizing　opreation　in　view　of　reasonable　life　distribution　and　stress　margin　coefficient。　Furthermore,　this　system　has　been　put　into　operation　on　NO。4　unit　of　Matou　power　plant。...
