This paper is about how to test accurately the instantaneous force of the rocket engine which is used to control the direction. Because the inherent frequency of rocket engine thrust measurement system is far lower than that of instantaneous thrust, it makes the output of strain transducer can't reflect the real instantaneous thrust and brings much dynamic errors. In order to solve this problem, the dynamic digital compensation of measuring instantaneous thrust is present. And its process course is discussed particularly from dynamic calibration to dynamic mathematical modeling to dynamic compensation digital filter designing.Firstly, we do a research on methods of identification modeling. On the basis of least square method (LS), the method for determining the orders and parameters of model at the same time is presented, and a generalized least square method with special whitening filter is also provided in detail. By computer simulation, their modeling effect is given separately.Secondly, we study the design of dynamic compensation digital filter. Simultaneously, two design methods such as choosing equivalent system and configuring the zeros and poles of system are introduced.Finally, the dynamic calibration and dynamic mathematical model of K712 solid rocker engine is set up.
