Research Of Auto-Focusing System In Microscope And Application Of Workpiece Texture Analysis

In the digital imaging system, it is always very important how to realize auto-focusing quick and effectively in the imaging system. While it is used more and more widely, many people in the relative research are putting their eyes on the auto-focusing research, especially in the application of faster and more frequent occasion.The article is main discussing the microscope how to realize auto-focusing and analyzing the texture from the microscope in detail.Firstly, the article summarizes that much work has been done in the auto-focusing and structure principle of auto-focusing measuring system. The development of the auto-focusing system at home and abroad is introduced in the dissertation, at the same time the auto-focusing system that is designed by me is also presented. Then the paper mainly discusses the method by the means of the digital image processing in the auto-focusing system. The common auto-focusing methods or criterion functions are classified as frequency domain function. In the paper a few auto-focusing methods are analysed by experiments. At the same time, the possibility of the auto-focusing methods is analysed according to the experimental data.The system designed by me is composed of two parts. At first, the microscope is adjusted carelessly through the sensor for measuring the distance between the specimen and microscope objective. After having adjusted the focusing distance, the system will adjust the focusing distance carefully through digital image processing according to the auto-focusing methods.
