Research Of The Microwave Regeneration System For The Trap Of Diesel Engine Exhaust

It is discussed in this paper that Microwave is applied for the regeneration of the particle trap on diesel engine. The matching and coupling of the Microwave between the source and regeneration cavity are chiefly solved. The power supply of microwave on the vehicle is researched and designed. Skid bed Test has been made for 260 hours with the trap .the test result is under the same condition, the trap can reduce the amount of the particle from engine to 98.2%, and the efficacy of the trap doesn't descend after 260 hours test. This kind of regeneration has advanced technique, high efficiency. It can make the diesel exhaust trap regenerated quickly and continuously.
