Because of development of industry of the whole world, the demand for the energy is increasing constantly, have caused the energy shortage. So recommend energy-saving regardless of industry or daily life. In recent years, All demand and consumption for the concrete of the basic construction project and of national economic construction of our country are very enormous, the rapid increase of demand for Concrete machinery, so the energy-saving problem of concrete machinery is studied have very important meanings. This dissertation is concrete pump as the research object, with it has systems now as the foundation, and finishing the research work. The dynamical system of concrete pump consists of diesel engine,hydraulic pump, The dynamical system of the concrete pump is to drive the hydraulic pump by the diesel engine, through the reversing valve, carry high-pressure oil to hydraulic pressure jar , finish function of sending of concrete. Now, concrete pump accelerograph position have set by manipulator when working, and seldom changed . Cause engine output power and really necessary power mismatch actually frequently, and cause energy to be wasted. In order to change such phenomenon of power wasting in mismatch of power of engine and variable pump. This dissertation has analyzed the full-load speed characteristics of the diesel engine ,some load tempo characteristics and characteristics of variable pump at first. On the foundation of the above analysis,combining one's own characteristic of the concrete pump and working environment, we design the power-saving control system of the concrete pump .this system constists of accelerograph control cell,variable pump control cell .Accelerograph control cell make throttle position basic stability according to windage between initialization and measure value.The variable pump control is regulate the displacement of variable pump according to the change of the pressure of hydraulic pump out caused by exterior load'changes, consequently,regulate the work point of diesel engine. The dissertation is divided into six chapters. Chapter one have analysed the research current situation and development trends of the power control technology and concrete pump, illuminate the necessity of that power-saving control of concrete pump,combining existing concrete pump's system, propose engine-hydraulic pump matching the control system, and state this project's research significance. Lastly point out the main content that this dissertation should study. Chapter two analyses three main reasons of the energy loses in hydraulic system: 1. the energy lose of Machinery component;2. the energy lose that one's own characteristic of the hydraulic component causes; 3.the energy lose that engine-hydraulic pump mismatch causes. And analyse speed characteristic , load characteristic, all characteristic and speed modulation characteristic in detail. According the analyses point out the principle of engine-hydraulic pump matching. Regard this principle as the theoretical foundation of the control system . Chapter three designs the hardware of control system, the system mainly including the engine control,variable pump control,signal measures and the drive device of implementation such several parts,etc. The variable pump control is the core of control system, the system consists of master controller, electro-hydraulic proportional decompression valve and its electric control technique,and pressure and rotational speed signal measurement,etc. The engine control adopt the position close-loop to control, the unit include mainly : controller, power amplification and accelerograph implement drive device,etc. Chapter four analysed the characteristic of the control module of the accelerograph , on this basis we has set up the mathematics model of the control module of accelerograph, have analyse the control characteristic of the variable pump has set up the mathematics models of the variable organization of the variable pump. For writing laying a good foundation of software system.
