The critical problem of Electronic Vehicles (EV) in the course of its practicality is about battery, and now various countries in the world are researching it strongly, including battery and its charging methods. At present the research on battery charging focuses mainly on charging methods internally and abroad, but rarely on equilibrium charging. The imbalance of serial battery pile will bring various important influences to its charging, and each charging method is faced with the problem and need to settle them. So the research on equilibrium charging is the important part of charging research, and will promote the course of EV's practicality. So there is practical meaning for studying it.On base of analyzing the research of charging methods and the method of equilibrium charging internally and abroad, the scheme of diffluence equilibrium charging is adopted in the thesis, and it is researched and discussed elementarily in theory and experiment. The main research items are as follows:(1) Based on lots of data getting from charging experiment, charging laws has been concluded and the experiential models of the best and poorest battery are established. The contents are as follows: defining the point of equilibrium, establishing system models and simulating, finding their point of equilibrium.(2) Combining semiconductor refrigeration apparatus used in mentor task, the model of diffluence controlling equilibrium charging system is established and simulated.(3) Circuit of the charging system is designed and applied to practice. Based on the data get from the experiment, the law of points of equilibrium is concluded.(4) Because of the complexity of battery model, intellectualized equilibrium charging system is brought. forward. In theory fuzzy controller of diffluence equilibrium charging system is designed and the model of fuzzy controlling system is established and simulated.(5) Based on ordinary digital Single Chip Microcontroller (SCM) and fuzzy SCM, the designing scheme of diffluence equilibrium charging system using fuzzy controlling is brought forward.
