Now energy sources waste has been a problem beyond neglect in all kind traction dynamical and diesel engine performance tests. The energy sources can be saved and the cost can be reduced if electric energy feedback technology with high quality and good efficiency will be developed, and convert engine energy to electric energy and transmit to role of power. In addition, conventional SCR rectifier has been primary harmonic sources because of it' s high harmonic, low input power factor and aberrance of AC side. In order to solve this problem, in this paper the PWM rectifier is applied to control system of the new type diesel dynamo sets by energy feedback system. It can make output current shape sine wave and can apply PWM technology to unit power factor also it can make energy regenerate into reality because of bi-directional flow of PWM rectifier.Firstly the paper draw comparisons between voltage type PWM rectifier and current rectifier and finally select voltage type PWM rectifier as the main circuit of the system. Then put keystone on establish of PWM rectifier model and analyzed particularly static state of the system via PWM rectifier' s commonly mathematics model, dq model and equivalent transformer model, also the dynamic performance of the system has been construed particularly via differential coefficient deflection linearization model. According to the performance of the system, the parameters of main circuit have been educed. So the problem of performance can be resolved.
