Research On New Style Lubricant Filter

Lubricating oil used formerly will be renewed after a period time whatever the marine diesel and common diesel. Although part of the replaced oil could be second birthed, the most were burnt off or put away by other methods such as embedding under the earth. The main reason of lubricating oil renewed is that the burnt resultant and abraded bits interfuse in it. It caused lubricating descend. So the reason of lubricating oil lost is that oil filer is not in good faction which lots of burnt resultant can not be filtrated. As we all known, it is difficult that the traditional oil filer satisfied the request because of the deficiency of configuration. So this investigation be carried out a new style oil filter research know from the traditional oil with a view to the deficiency of it.According to the same work request, we designed a new style lubricating oil filter which flux is 75L/min. During the process of design, we use the formal joint of traditional in order that we can put the new one into use for the reason of linking diesel easily. For the sake of the new oil filter can be connected to the lubricating system, we designed the corn of filter.This paper analyses the characteristic of clearance flow in hydrodynamics, and conform the dimension and clearance between the two pieces of filter paper by the flow equation of Poiseuille and conversation of energy of uncompress flow. It also concerned the borderline dimension of 1 filter shell and then installed into oil filter assemble. In order to validate the advantage of new style oil filter, we put the two kinds of filters into the test-bed under the same condition and then protracted characteristic curve and contrast curve. The curves show that the new style oil filter is much better than traditional oil filter in each aspect. It also summarizes the economy benefit, economizing energy, circumstance protection by using new style oil filter.The innovations of this Paper can be concluded as following: it analyses the design deficiency of traditional oil filter, and changes the vertical through style of traditional into parallelism through style of the new. It achieves the purpose of prolonging age andeconomizing energy by changing the characteristic of pressure descend/ flux, and plus the ability of receiving dirty.
