In ChongQing power system,hydropower is only 20.2 percent, but the regulatory capacity of the primary reservoirs is 123.2 billion stere, so it is very important to investigate the optimal scheduling of stations, which can not only use the hydropower resoures fully but also improve the security of ChongQing grid System. The further research on long-term optimal scheduling has been done in this thesis. They are as follows: Firstly, based on the runoff analyse of muti-hydropower Stations,artificial neural network model, nearest neighbor bootstrap regressive model and threshold regressive model are applied in long-term forecast of muti-hydropower stations. Moreover, Markov is applied in the trend forecast of runoff. Secondly, after the trend forecast of runoff, a model of optimized schedule is applied in this article and it aims to maximize the least output and the annual benefit. This model takes account of not only the runoff and water lever but also the output and capacity of the reservoir. When the gynamic programming method is applied to solve this model, the simulating operation of it is good. Thirdly, considering the fact of ChongQing power system, C# and Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003 are applied in the decision support system of Long-Term optimal scheduling for muti-hydropower stations in ChongQing power system, which bases on the web services and can conveniently satisfy the need of the daily optimized operation in ChongQing power system.
