Improving the reliability and efficiency of transportation is an everlasting pursuing target of human being. Nowadays, the fast expansion of economy gives a strong motive force for the constant advancement of railway transportation, at the same time, raises a higher request for it. With the improvement of society and the development of science and technology, we can feel that many dated technologies have been abandoned, processed ones are incessantly ameliorated, and new ones are continually appeared. Technology discussed in this paper is a novel now.Flatwheel is the main causation that causes hot-axis and energy wastage. former faltwheel check system is only amplitude check, That was usually cause error judgement. in this paper, this paper analyzes flatwheel of train with wavelet transfer theory. flatwheel signal is decomposed and reconstruction with wavelet transfer,we may judge relation of energy and frequency ;this paper uses DSP digital process thechnology to meet run-time characteristic requiremnt, and uses TI tms320c5410 to simple, limit amplitude, filter to improve efficiency;this paper uses wavelet transform to obtain the dot of vibration and analyse frenquency of flatwheel. this paper uses fft transform, peak-peak value, interpose value, covariance and so forth to optimize meterage.TornadoII is highly re Li able, visual, automated tools accelerate product development. Other intergrated components of TornadoII consist of the VxWorks run-time system—a high-performance, scalable real-time operating system that executes on the target processor—and a full range of communciations options for the target connection to the host. That this paper uses TornadoII as development-platform and uses VxWorks as target operation system meet run-time requirement.
