The fast response ability and quality of the products of the economic globalization tomanufacturing company have put forward higher request, improve the processing qualityand production efficiency of the products, reduce rejection rate and process cost, paid closeattention to more and more the research and development in a series of relevant technology,such as control of processing manufacture process and ensuring, etc. by the processingenterprise. The meanings in which paper studies lies in the diagnosis to the machiningerror, find out the while the part is processed problematic equipment rapidly, and judge theerror source further, so that technical staff according to brief on, combine actual concretecharacteristic of manufacture system, can taking fast corresponding measure dispel orreduce the error of processing.The paper basis three-dimension measure data combine processing technology carryon deep research to machining processing error-detecting and theory and methoddiagnosed, it includes the following content:1. Seeing that the function that SPC (statistical process control) can't be ignored inmachining quality control traditionally. So use MATLAB language to integrate it to thiserror to diagnose that in the system, as a function module added, what SPC function of thismodule is realized mainly is the control over process, and the integration to traditionalprocessing process management, saying concretely is to mean that uses a series of theoriesand methods of mathematical statistics to realize the control over production process orproduct quality and control.2. Carry on the overall measuring that quality judged to a part, traditionally riper dataanalysis and treatment are mostly taking repeated measurement value index as researchobject, The paper will carry on research and discussion to the three-dimensionalmeasurement, will realize the pretreatment to the three-dimensional data at first; Secondlyobtain the measuring information between the geometry key elements of the part throughthe three-dimensional measurement; Finally through carry on method that informationexcavate to three-dimensional measurement, is it realize to process and primitive toprocess diagnosis, error of source tentatively to come true.3. Regard language software MATLAB as the platform and work out the prototypesystem which realizes the diagnosis function. The three-dimensional coordinate data including abundant processing courseinformation as target is it research and analyse for improve quality of product to go on,reduce the manufacturing cost and raise production efficiency, guarantee the part andprocess quality and have extremely important meanings. The research to the machiningerror diagnosis theory is taking common ability, practicability as purpose. Research valueof it embody in real application only. So how to apply advanced diagnosis theory andmethod to reality conscientiously, still need to carry on deep research.
