The sensor technology, angle encoding technology of Multipole/Two speed Resolver, closed-loop control technology of position,velocity,current of Limited Angle Brushless DC Torque Motor, simulation technology of motor control system, reliability design of motor control system are deeply and extensively studied based on studying a bi-directional scanning control system of a scan mirror in a space-borne scan camera in this dissertation. The finished work and test results are listed as following:1. The status, concerns, and application prospects of space-borne scan cameras and their control system are addressed in the dissertation.2. The angle sensor and velocity sensor are investigated and their merits and disadvantages are compared. Their applications are also described here. A high precision decoding circuit based on Multipole/Two speed Resolver is developed. Some regularly components with high performance used in control system are studied.3. The closed —loop control system of position,velocity,current using Limited Angle Brushless DC Torque Motor is designed and simulated and its reliability is designed.The test results show the finished control system meets the need of the system and the image quality meets the need of the design specifications. —... |
