According to Chinese energy policy, coal is the primary energy source of China, which won't change for a long time . Taking into account that our country will more and more regard environmental problem , Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)combustion is a new technology of coal cleaning combustion,and CFB boiler can burn wide range of low grade fuels in an efficient and clean way. So CFB boiler combustion technology would play more and more important role on the electricity generation in the our country. Because CFB boiler have evidently differ form ideal operating condition which often occurs in operating power plants, the foundation of the dynamic mathematical model of CFB boiler will have importance significant in analyzing characteristic in running and the solving the questions of mend, large-scale and operation . As part of work of developing the simulator, the paper mainly research modeling and simulating of the boiler's water/steam .A summary is made to describe the advantage of CFB boiler and its development direction. Basing on the characters of the thermodynamic system of DG440/13.7-II2 , the mathematical model of the process analyzing modules is built , through plotting out module in terms of the system's equipment and analyzing intestine mechanism . The paper use COMPAQ Visual Fortran6.5 as development tool, and has developed and encapsulated the module of dynamic model of boiler's equipment. In process, commonality, reusability and openness is primary direction. Through experiments in different disturbance, the paper finds the dynamic responsive curve of boiler's equipment modules and boiler's steam/water's system, and analyses the result of emulator. The results of testing indicate that the variational disciplinarian of the module's status parameter accord with the practical disciplinarian and those validate the model , the modules have commonality widely and can run in environment of all-purpose hardware and software , the boiler's steam/water's system can response the dynamic characteristic of boiler's steam/water'side . In addition , basing on studied task , the paper have also studied the training simulator , those works will be completed in next phase .
