According to the demand of automobile exhaust gas laws, I design and develop a new control system of gasoline engine that can satisfy the laws basing on an original ECU of 465Q gasoline engine. It's composed of air system, fuel system, control system and ignition system. This system uses the multipoint fuel injection system and distributorless ignition system, then measures the engine process parameter through some engine sensors such as MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor), TPS (Throttle Position Sensor), referential port position sensor and judging cylinder sensor. Meantime with oxygen sensor and knock sensor to control the air fuel ratio and ignition advance angle by opened and closed loop control strategy. All signals are chose and processed by the ECU, then ECU will compute the optimum of oil to be injected into thecombustion chamber and ignition advance angle of the engine with the MAP diagrams that have attained through the experiment. Iresearch engine as five operating modes------stable, acceleration ordeceleration, idle speed and start mode. In the design there's the experiment process of injection and ignition MAP diagrams too.I use the 80C196KB chip of Intel Company as CPU, and include CPU expanding circuit, input signal process circuit, I/O and idle speed circuit. There're injection program designs of all kinds of process modes, ignition and the signal measuring, analyzing program. For improving the steady quality, I make the anti-interference design to its hardware and software.Through the study on an electronic controlled gasoline injection and ignition system of the original 465Q engine, this paper designs a new general planning of electronic controlled engine. It can reduce the harmful exhaust gas with three-way catalyst and protect the environment because using the 16 bit computer chip that has fast process speed. At the same time, it also provides the reference for researching the engine management system and realizing national electronic control engine.
