In recent years machinery fault diagnosis technology has been greatly developed all over the world and the technology is very important in national production . It is rather difficult to monitor centrifugal pump owing to its complex process and so many fault are leaded to all kinds of factors. Although the researches have been made and some achievements have been gained, it isn' t widespread useed in business. Therotary equipment have major part in mechanical field. In this thesis ,appling the machinery fault diagnosis technology to centrifugal pump' s fault diagnosis and repairing, base on predecessors' sachievements,resolve the centrifugal pump's fault.In this thesis ,first for the problem such as short of scientify direction in the centrifugal pump' s repairing , waste much of people labor and materials. Introduces the diagnose of impediment suit for centrifugal pump. Peple supervise large number of centrifugal pump to measure their fault date. Apply the effective spectrum analyze to the fault diagnosis and resolve. Use the technology of equipment fault diagnosis technology in petrochemical industry ,we can solve many equipment fault,also can supply more skill guide for equipment repair.
